License Agreement

This License Agreement (the "Agreement") governs your use of the Otty application (the "Software"), published by appmakes.io.

Grant of license

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and use the Software on devices you own or control, for personal or commercial purposes, free of charge.

Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. appmakes.io retains all right, title, and interest in the Software, including all related intellectual property rights. This Agreement grants you no rights to appmakes.io trademarks or service marks.

Restrictions

You may not:

• reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by applicable law;
• remove or alter any proprietary notices in the Software; or
• redistribute the Software as your own product.

Open-source components

The Software includes third-party open-source components, each provided under its own license. See Credits for the full list.

Paid features

Some features may require a paid subscription in the future (see Pricing). Such features are governed by additional terms presented to you at the time of purchase.

No warranty

The Software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, appmakes.io is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Software.

Changes

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the Software after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
