Send to Chat

Pull terminal output, file-pane selections, or shell context straight into an agent conversation — without copy-pasting. "Send to Chat" attaches the source as context to the active (or a new) agent session.

How to send

1. Select text in a terminal or file pane (or just focus the pane for "last output").
2. Right-click → Send to Chat, or press ⌘⌃↩.
3. Pick a target: the active agent session, or New session.

The content lands as a quoted context chip above the composer — review it, add your question, and send.

Choosing the target

If no agent session is open, Send to Chat starts one. If several are running, a small picker lets you choose which session receives the context. The last-used session is the default.
